Vincent Bellino
Program ManagerVincent serves as Program Manager. Prior to joining us, Vincent had a 16-year career with the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office with assignments in Detention, Patrol, Texas Department of Criminal Justice coordinator, Narcotics and Criminal Warrants. Vincent then joined the United Service Marshals Service serving 23 years. Vincent held the positions of Detention Officer, Deputy U.S. Marshal, Criminal Investigator, Senior Inspector and retired as Chief Inspector from the Technical Operations Group. As such, he provided headquarters-based managerial direction and oversight. During his tenure Vincent has managed, supervised or participated in hundreds of major case investigations, 15 Most Wanted cases, Fugitive Investigative Strike Team Operations and International Investigations. Vincent has received several honors including Special Achievement and Acts awards as well as recognition from the Department of Justice, Organized Crime and Drug Enforcement Task Force, the Director of National Intelligence and the U.S. Attorney General. He has also received citations and commendations from various domestic and international law enforcement organizations. Vincent is married and has one daughter. In his off time, Vincent enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching Major Legue Baseball especially the Chicago Cubs.
