Jim Bellemare

Vice President of Strategy

Jim serves as our Vice President of Strategy. Jim is a U.S. Air Force veteran, having served as an Airborne Cryptologic Linguist in multiple CONUS and OCONUS locations, performing duties on numerous aircraft. Following Active Duty, he has worked as both a DoD government civilian and contractor, with extensive experience in the full range of government contracting activities. His expertise includes business development, capture management and execution, proposal development, program management, training design, as well as extensive experience developing and executing long and short-range business strategies. Jim has a proven record of success in business growth in addition to leading and managing some of the Department of Defense’s largest programs. Jim holds a Business Management degree from the American Military University, and in his personal time he enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, playing and watching all types of sports. He is also heavily involved in youth ministry.
