Director of OperationsJohn is a 30-year U.S. Air Force veteran having served in a wide variety of leadership roles within the Intelligence community, culminating as the Command Chief Master Sergeant of the 480th Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance Wing. He previously provided senior-level intelligence subject matter expertise support to the Chief, Distributed Common Ground System, and Intelligence Operations for Air Combat Command. His expertise includes operational issues affecting capacity, infrastructure, and training for a global workforce. John has a proven track record of building and developing successful interdependent teams with a great balance between productivity, positive relationships, and psychological health. He continues to support the Air Force as the Air Force Association’s Virginia State Vice President for Aerospace Education. John holds an MS in Leadership from Trident University and a BA in History from the University of Maryland University College. In his personal time, he’s an avid lawncare enthusiast, Star Wars fanatic-especially Lord Vader, and a Newcastle United Football Club supporter.
