BD Support Administrator

Joy’s primary responsibility is serving as Intellekt’s BD Support Administrator. She also supports customer operations, working alongside Program Managers. Prior to joining Intellekt, Joy worked in the physical medicine and rehabilitation field and is a NACATexas-certified CA. She has over 10 years of experience providing administrative, customer, and employee support services to a variety of small businesses in the Greater San Antonio area. In her free time, she enjoys a wide range of hobbies including power and Olympic-style weightlifting, long-distance running, painting, and special effects make-up artistry.
