David Pinkston serves as our Department of Defense Capture Manager. David is a retired U.S. Navy Captain, serving thirty-two years as an intelligence officer on active and reserve duty. He has extensive business development experience with large global companies. David’s expertise includes managing sales teams, capture process, proposal development, and client experience achieving specific business goals. David earned a Master of Science in National Security and Bachelor of Administration in Political Science and Russian Studies. David is a published author and is the President and Founder of Positive Patriotism LLC. He is also the founder of the Patriot Scholar Fund which provides annual scholarships to students pursuing careers in national security. David is married and has three sons.
