A Talent Acquisition leader since 2010, Jennifer is known for her forward-thinking mentality in leading new strategies in recruitment. Graduated with a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management. Over her career, she has been in all levels of recruiting with experience of 8 years in leadership roles helping develop SOP’s, hiring plans, developing talent teams and client consulting. Six of those years, Jennifer has been recruiting on an international level with a focus of hiring in London, Philippines, Portugal, Columbia, and the US. Jennifer also has 4 years of recruiting experience working with Federal and Government clients to meet their employment needs.
