Our engineers have designed, managed and maintained a 24/7/365 Language Portal. The portal provided language and cultural learning in video, audio, and text formats, as well as links, discussion forums, and other materials associated with language and cultural learning to registered users around the world. The .mil portal enables the user to track the capabilities, training history, and language testing results of assigned linguists and provide program metrics for leadership action.
We provided training coordination, instructional system design, and course instruction for the Joint Network Attack Course (JNAC). We supported the development and maintenance of a platform course of instruction to train staff level planners on the full spectrum of cyber Operations (CNA, CNE, CND and OCO). Our experience supporting the lead technical engineer in the production of learning material, exercise and test materials, instructor and student guides, and network visualization products provided vital support to our customer.
Our TS/SCI-cleared IT professionals have COMPTIA Security+ certifications and adhere to DoD, AF, and local guidance for security protocol across NIPR, SIPR, JWICS, and other networks. Our IT Analysts support multiple Air Force units at different CONUS locations providing A-Z IT support, to include network administration, system administration, server administration, helpdesk support, and ADPE asset management.
We support our customer with IT, automated Data Processing Equipment (ADPE) asset management, and information assurance support. Our personnel support the Directorate of Communications by conducting timely research and analysis to establish a plan of action with milestones. Our team provides computer desktop support and ADPE management for more than 1,200 users. In addition, we build and maintain PCs and install and maintain network fiber.
